Students collect real-world data from their own school lunches. They use their own hyper-local data to advocate for reducing single-use plastic from the school cafeteria and make the connection between plastic in school and the climate emergency.

Students collect before and after data from their own lunches, analyze the data, make suggestions for reducing single-use plastics, and help to accelerate plastic free policy at school and beyond.
Teachers: use the Desktop Lunch Survey lessons to prepare your students for Plastic Free Lunch Day!  (coming in May 2022)

Our VISION
We envision a plastic free, equitable zero waste future where landfill and incinerator garbage as we know it no longer exists;
where post consumption waste from food to packaging is drastically reduced
and what remains benefits our schools, communities, and the environment.
